Scientific School “Fundamental and Applied Natural Science Research”

The main goal of the Scientific School is to generate new scientific knowledge relevant to both theory and practice, and on this basis to develop the university’s scientific potential, ensure continuity of generations within the scientific community of Pavlodar Pedagogical University, stimulate the activities of structural units, and further strengthen the integration of science and education.

Key Principles for Achieving the Goals of the Scientific School

1. Organization of research projects on актуal scientific problems, including those submitted for grants and other forms of support from scientific and funding organizations.
2. Organization and conduct of scientific events within the areas of the Scientific School.
3. Creation of conditions for the full development of creative potential of members of the Scientific School through support in organizing research activities, dissemination of modern methodological approaches, and new information and educational technologies.
4. Improvement of the effectiveness of participation of Scientific School members in research activities.
5. Implementation of research results of Scientific School members into scientific and educational practice.
6. Enhancement of effective interaction among members of the Scientific School (professors, lecturers, researchers, scientific staff, master’s and doctoral students, and undergraduates) in the field of research activities.

The outcomes of the Scientific School’s activities are reflected in defended master’s and doctoral dissertations, published monographs, textbooks and teaching manuals, publications in journals recommended by national accreditation bodies, journals with high impact factors, as well as in proceedings of scientific conferences, round tables, symposia, forums, and other academic events.

Any researcher (professors, lecturers, scientists, research staff, master’s and doctoral students, and undergraduates) of the university whose scientific interests fall within this research area may become a member of the Scientific School “Fundamental and Applied Natural Science Research.”

Funding of the Scientific School “Fundamental and Applied Natural Science Research”

The activities of the Scientific School are primarily funded through resources attracted from external sources for the implementation of research projects (grants, commissioned research projects from external organizations, sponsorship from enterprises and organizations, foundations, and private individuals), as well as through university funds, if предусмотрено by the approved plans of research and scientific-organizational activities of the university.
